sure there is a easy way, just request he biome you want and pay a finder fee to humfrydog's house hunters sellers of custom bases and biomes . Currently we are offering a private mushroom island, private jungle island and skull mountain base which comes with a mine shaft in an extreme hills biome.

is there a way to easily find biomes that you need to find like extreme hills

Walk, ride a horse, try RTP, fly with elytras, travel with a pig, use a boat, teleport with ender pearls.
Who seeks eventually finds, just need a bit effort

just send random tpa requests and if that doesn't take you to the right biome just kill whoever teleported you and then send another tpa request

Also if you want to find a roofed forest or one of those rare ocean biomes you can use a cartographer.
Although you will probably run into 5 more on the way to the destination.
