Check list for you:
- weak password?
- shared a log file with someone?
- used the same password on muiltiple sites?
- installed a piece of malware?
- left .minecraft folder on unsecured computer?
- I don't know what else.

I'm guessing the owner of the acc had given it to someone else a while ago because the password is legit 30 random letters and numbers lol

Hm, should this thread be renamed to "tsu's cracked account?" I never share or use accounts that I haven't bought for any mission critical thing, I wouldn't want someone to log on and go hmm, for some reason I have op on my account. Same goes for survival, my main account where I would keep all my items would be one I bought.
