Currently our new command system and panel experiencing some issues, this is being worked on and will be fixed as soon as possible.

Is it possible to go back to the old tp system or will that take some time

We won't be switching back and it's not possible anyway without completely remaking the system.

The old system is completely different and the new system relies on the panel, there were a few unexpected issues with the panel stability because we weren't able to test with many players. It is fixed in the meantime but should get more stable shortly.
