Its like i get a person everyday i got one the first day and one the second day. getting people is going really slow but when i get more people i think ill be fine

@Abbasilol Dats good it means you are finding trusted ppl. Also try not to make yer faction TOO big at first. Recruit with patience.

• What is the purpose of this faction?
• Will there be some kind of "rank system" ?
• How many members did you recruit so far?
• Will you at least TRY to learn from other dead factions mistakes? (Dark Brotherhood, Crimson Wings, Sky Kin, Celestial Order, Venomous etc.)

Common mistakes are;

• Growing too fast
• Building bases that are close to spawn on surface
• Giving up when one of the faction bases gets griefed
• Not having a member list
• Teleporting players that says "i'm member X's alt" to the base
• Not having a list of griefers and their possible alts
• Not communicating with other members

These are all I can think of at the moment

I would like to point out that rarely have factions posted a members list.
Do you recall when there was a big faction post? No faction declared members, including Harvester and SC
