And I should be unbanned because we did it as a something funny and nothing really to be banned about and I'm not sure what you mean by "sincere appeal" I mean if I do not ever get unbanned that's fine as well I've been thinking about leaving lately

It doesn't matter what it was, or if you or your friend named it. YOU saw what it was named, and YOU were the one that used it.

I’m not going to speak for the admin that banned you as it’s their decision whether you’ll be unbanned or not.
But considering your lack of sincerity, and the fact that you seem to have failed to understand what is wrong about your “joke”, I would not accept this as an appeal.
