Reason for your ban: "disobeying staff"

Following on from my last appeal, I apologise for taunting another player, i apologise if it caused harm in any way and i understand to not do it again. In terms of talking about the tping situation, i was genuinely confused on what happened so i was asking, i do not see whats the problem about talking about it? Moreon, the f3 thing i said was clearly a joke which i found funny but i apologise if it came across as rude. I was also told by CC to stop with the f3 comments to stop talking about Dennari tping out Jackyboy from the arena, which i listened to and did not say a single word more on that conversation.

Either way i apologise for being a nuisance and i have learned my lesson and will stop taunting and talking about pointless stuff in main chat.

I get that you don't get on with another person on the server. And I promise you I have no patience with either bullying or racism, but yet again I say to you, any of the server platforms is not the place for this.

With regard to the tping out issue, can I make it very clear to you and others, it was a no issue. Just because PVP and griefing is allowed it does not give you a god-given right to go into any arena and attack whoever is there. Senior staff may evict anyone not respecting that the arena may be in use. As far as the JackyBoy thing is concerned, this is more about you and others continuing grievance with a specific player. Get over it!

Sometimes whilst something may be a joke, context is everything. In this case the context was harassing a member of staff over something you disagreed with.

I have just been watching chat and you have shown on your alt you are quite capable of having a joke without going too far. Lets see that continue.

As you have apologized and made assurances that we will not see this in the future, I will pardon your main account. Given the nature of the offense, and that you have been warned by various means, your ban will last 3 days from now.

I would just say that don't take any pleasure in banning people, and have done a lot in the past to try and keep you and a certain other player from being banned on the server. I am disappointed that I have had to go this far to get the message through. I don't do this job for any other reason than to make it possible for people, young and old, from all over the world to have fun on the server.
