Some of the buildings look really... unusual but other than that it looks pretty good!

Sorry, not to be that guy, but your farm layout is not taking advantage of the maximum productivity level possible.

In order to speed up crop yield you should plant crops of the same type in rows next to crops of a different type.

:P
