All mobs around my base are frozen, i cant hit, breed or move them.

It's likely a remnant of an older system we had in place to help prevent lag. I'll shoot a message to the people that know what they're doing with commands.

The system has been disabled for well over a year, when was the last time you had mobs moving at your base?
