Um... just curious, but why do you want enchanted glass blocks?

First, you're trying to buy tnt like for free. Second, you do know that enchanted items only glow in your inventory, right? They don't glow like they do in your inv when you place it.

Ask vip+ people. They get enchanted blocks

I can give you 5 enchanted glass for free, since I can just go to the VIP+ lounge and get some :P

As for how to obtain the rarer non VIP enchanted blocks, you can't through survival means. Staff gives them out extremely rarely and scarcely to everyone on the server sometimes. Usually as a joke.
