While I don't have the time to make videos, I do have the time to edit them. I have Premiere Elements 14, and use it as if it was regular Premiere, but I don't have to pay every month. :)
I'd be happy to edit someone's videos for their YouTube channel, if I ever have the time. I don't think I'd be able to to every video, but every once and a while I could do one.
