35k-80k should be just fine . try and have mixed X and Z coordinates though. For example: -Z and +X coords or vice versa :)

Not really a 10k buffer is more than enough and at 90k there is a much greater range of possibilities for your location that 70 or 60k.

So should i move to like 80k?

Use the nether roof. It's completely within the rules and much faster. If you have vip or a vip friend they can tp you there, or you can get there, again completely within the rules, using epearls or a minecart exploit.
