Sooo anyone know how to fix this? It has been driving me nuts and happens in my inventory too. I have to click below everything I actually want to be clicking on.

log out of java turn of your computer for about 10 mins if not get a texture pack and use it for awhile
@minesy What...? That doesn't solve anything..

@LittleOwlet3 Are you using a texture pack or is this full default?
Default. I just logged in one day and it was like this
Have you tried getting a new book? Perhaps that one glitched out somehow.
just tried. to no avail
Humph. That's odd, I've never encountered an error like that besides texture pack issues. Is anyone else on the server having the same issue? If not, may as well try rebooting MC if you haven't already, or just restart your PC.
Just checked something, it works when im in fullscreen mode. But i go back and its offset again

why would you ever play with anything but full screen?
Because I have a life and sooooo many things going on at one time. I also have to answer phone calls through ringcentral and minimize the window quite frequently

Alt - Tab
You're welcome
Yeah except for the fact I need to see my other tabs while I'm playing. So that doesn't really solve my issue.
I once had the same problem randomly as well, like two years ago. I play in windowed mode too (no reason really). It's most likely a graphics sync/aspect ratio problem. Maybe links below can help.

Well crap, sorry then can't help lol
Doesn't help fix your main problem but If you have some extra spending money I would highly recommend everyone too get a 2nd monitor for your computer. It helps so much with multitasking that you will want to never go back to one monitor again.
Little late but I recommend this as well, I picked up a $1 old square LCD monitor from a thrift store, and I already had a DVI to VGA adapter for it. Boom, second monitor, no need for a bigger desk since it's smaller than my main one, and it was a dollar since nobody usually buys monitors from thrift stores.
