Hi!!

For the past month or so the effect Bad Omen (when you kill a pillager leader) has been broken!!

Now, when you kill a pillager leader you do not get the effect "Bad Omen." And therefore you cannot get totems. etc.

Not sure if this is a server problem or a mojang problem. I asked a friend that plays on a semi-vanilla server and there were no issues. it has plug-ins and all that so that might have patched the bug? Not sure.

So my question is: Is this a server issue or a mojang issue?
