Decided to name the place "Nivis" and changed the title of this post to Project Nivis.
Nivis means snowed in latin.

I'd say about 50% now. Almost done clearing the land for garden, which I have yet to plan out... so maybe less than 50%. I have yet to do much for inside and finish the outside detailing.
I'm thinking about outsourcing some detailing work. Maybe @Yul would like to pitch in.

you can hide like a sea lantern below carpet or leaves to melt the ice and still blend in

or be cool and use end rystal lighting
