The random teleporters no longer teleport you and other players to the same place, this means no more RTP killing and rules against it. If you want to teleport with another player, use the TPA to teleport after they find a random location.
Due to the addition of all the random teleport including teleporters, in the end, spawn killing is no longer a rule.

Can Crafty just clarify whether there is any safe space at all where you spawn in the nether/end?
There's a random teleport in the end, and you can either try to get out of the spawn in the nether on food or get to the nether with a portal somewhere else in the world.

it's all fair game basically I believe, I think it would seem silly to say if someone is fighting the ender dragon it is against the rules to attack them, just my thoughts.
