Honestly, you'd need so much time and/or tnt it just wouldn't be worth it. Even for the most ambitious of griefers it might be too costly.

one could just simply lava grief /lava cast it from the top and pour water over lava turning it to cobble

Yes but lot less materials to build wirh after digging but plenty of sand for the glass court yard

It may be a dumb question, but do you do all of the building solo, @sknup ? Just curious because that is an insane amount of work, and always mesmerizing to watch it get built!
