Is that mountain natural or did you terraform it?

Its 95% natural. it goes up another 33% haha, all the way to y 194 naturally. Funny thing is the village semi spawned in at the very top with a farm ... at y194.

50+ block tall tree in a cave? Check.
First stage of the base is done.Future plans: terraforming a grotto around it and using the branches as platforms for various areas (enchanting, storage, brewing, etc)

haha trust me, i've scoured every inch of that cave with the f3 screen on, already had a few incidents. only one creeper thankfully (it blew up the center of the trunk) mostly zombies falling out of the tree while i'm working on the floor lol

Here's the update requested by bgmg, i'm calling this one "finished" as there are no more torches to remove and the only idea i have left is a bad one (end crystal as the heart of the tree...might as well fill it with tnt then)

Damn you people are so creative! It's making think i need to bury myself back into just a hole in the ground and never leave due to the embarrassment of my crappy shacks. I'll post what i can later today.
